We stand by the quality of this product, which is covered by a 2-year Manufacturer Warranty (details included in the box).
IMPORTANT NOTE ON RETURNS:
• 14-Day Faulty/Change of Mind Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused, or if it is faulty (which we will verify).
• Faults After Use: If the item is returned after 14 days due to a fault, it will be treated as a Warranty Claim. We reserve the right to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection and repair/replacement under the 2-year warranty terms.
• Wear and Tear / Used Condition: We do not accept returns for change of mind or minor issues if the item shows significant signs of use. Any robot returned with accumulated dirt, debris, or damage from prolonged use after the initial 14-day inspection period will be processed exclusively under the Manufacturer's Warranty terms. Refunds are not guaranteed after 14 days.
• Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for reading the User Manual and maintaining the product (e.g., cleaning filters and brushes) as per the manufacturer's instructions to ensure reliable performance.
